The real estate market in Broward County, Florida is booming with many high-end properties being sold. According to a recent article on Miami Herald, the most expensive house sold in the past week was a property in Fort Lauderdale that sold for $4.7 million. In total, 392 house sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $574,169.
In addition to houses, the condo market is also thriving. Another article on Miami Herald reports that the most expensive condo sold in the past week was a property in Fort Lauderdale that sold for $1.8 million. A total of 300 condo sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $281,426.
This is just a snapshot of the current real estate market in Broward County. With many high-end properties being sold and a strong demand for both houses and condos, it’s an exciting time for real estate in the area.
